Good to know before you book
- Some faults cannot be fixed on the first visit — for example when a part has to be ordered. We tell you this and agree any return visit with you.
- If a repair is not worthwhile because of cost or the age of the appliance, we will tell you honestly. You decide whether to go ahead.
- If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first: work by an independent technician may affect that warranty.
- Availability of spare parts depends on the model and the supplier.

Questions
Is a compressor problem always expensive?
Not always. A clicking or non-starting compressor is sometimes caused by a relay or overload part. The technician checks first and explains the options and costs.
Should I switch the fridge off before the visit?
Unless it is sparking, smelling of burning or tripping the power, leave it on so the technician can see the problem. Move perishable food elsewhere if it is not cooling.
Will you ask for advance payment or bank details?
We never ask for OTPs, PINs, passwords or card numbers. You pay for completed work after the repair.
